What is the red thing on top and under the head of the chickens? How do I get a chicken to lay different colored eggs?

The things under chin are waddles. The color of the eggs a chicken lay depends on the breed of chicken. If you want blue eggs you need an Easter egger or americauna.

JuniperFarms: A soft shell egg is an egg that is laid without a shell around it. Usually due to lack of calcium in the hen. If you google it you can find pictures. All new members start off as a soft shell egg until they reach 10 posts I believe Feb 29, 2020 9:42:56 GMT -6
