My name is LIz I live in the Matanuska Valley of Alaska. I raise chickens , aka chooks in Australian slang (I spent time there in college). I have 21 chickens, 2 roosters. I am excited to be hatching Salmon Faverolle chickens currently. It's been an especially hard winter this year and I am longing to see the grass and warmer temps again so I can let me birds out. Looking forward to getting to know you.

Looking forward to getting to know you. Welcome Liz! I can't imagine dealing with snow all winter. I live down on the Texas gulf coast and very rarely see snow. We have had some cold days this winter but most days we don't even need. jacket. Thats how I like it haha. Be sure to post pictures of the chicks when they hatch! I'd love to see them. |
